Attire Guidelines:

At O’Quinn Insurance, we aim to foster a professional workplace that operates efficiently and remains free from unnecessary distractions.

Daily Attire Expectations:
All staff are expected to maintain a polished, professional appearance when interacting with clients, visitors, and the public. Proper grooming and adherence to these guidelines contribute to our shared professional image.

Casual Fridays:

  • Fridays are designated as dress-down days.
  • Staff may wear jeans, provided they are free of rips and are not excessively tight.
  • Jeans should be paired with business casual shirts and shoes.

Procedures and Compliance:

  • If you have any questions about appropriate attire, please consult your immediate supervisor.
